#YemenCEDAW: Help elevate the voices of Yemeni women

Next week the CEDAW Committee will consider Yemen’s progress in implementing the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women.

We ask that the CEDAW Committee and the government of Yemen recognize the recommendations made in the Yemen CEDAW Coalition Shadow Report.

The report outlined the severe hardship that Yemeni women experience through discrimination, conflict, health and humanitarian crises - but it also set out clear steps that can be taken to address these issues.
